RDRT (Rubber Disc Return/Trough Roller)

Material adhesion on return rollers causes mistracking, accelerated belt wear, and recurring manual cleaning demands. VLI Conveyors' RDRT rubber disc return rollers provide a self-cleaning solution for conveyors handling coal fines, clay, iron ore fines, and other adhesive materials.


The spaced rubber disc design breaks up material buildup before it accumulates, keeping the return side functional without manual intervention. The discs form a trough profile on the return side, reducing belt sag and improving tracking. Available with standard rubber or FRAS neoprene discs for underground coal applications. Supporting type disc variants are available for return training positions. Available across the Tyton size range with belt widths from 500mm to 3000mm.
