Each servo roller incorporates an integrated servo motor and controller in a compact, robust housing. When sensors detect belt drift, the roller adjusts its angle to guide the belt back to centre. This active tracking approach is more responsive than passive training idlers and removes a persistent maintenance burden from operations where manual access is impractical or costly.
