Side Guide Roller

Lateral belt drift causes edge damage, spillage, and safety hazards. VLI Conveyors' side guide rollers provide passive physical guidance at the belt edge, preventing wander in both trough and return side positions across a range of conveyor frame spacings.


Available in six diameters (50mm, 60mm, 73mm, 90mm, 102mm, and 114mm) for both trough side and return side guide positions. Mounted at the belt side in straight or angled configurations depending on the application. A low-cost addition to new installations or a straightforward retrofit to existing systems where belt tracking issues have been identified.
